I'm Dave Strosnider. Just a guy trying to survive in this crazy world. I draw. I have a degree in Fine Arts. I have dreams. Not much beyond those things. Perhaps hope. But I find nothing comes of your dreams unless you're willing to work. That's what art is pretty much. Work. Everything you do in life should be work toward your art. That's what Andy Warhol believed. It makes sense to me, so that's what I strive for. To accomplish art through work, and work through art. I was born in Dayton, Ohio. A military brat who found his way through much of the States during his childhood and adolesence. I lived in Colorado Springs for ten years and Hanover, PA for eight. I went to college in Columbus, Ohio and Edinboro, PA. Studied illustration, film, and animation. I live in Phoenix now with my younger brother, Sam. I also have two older sisters, Shawnna and Lara. My folks, are Mom and Dad. And I have two baby nieces, Kelsey and Tabytha. My father's side resides primarily in the East - Maryland and Virginia. My mother's side is in the West - Idaho and California. I like just about everyone in my family. I have some great friends too. Jason and Maria live in Columbus. Jerry lives in L.A. Trish is in Jersey. And Heather and Stacey live in PA. I'm not married and don't plan on it. No girlfriend presently. No pets either. Here's some of my interests. | ||||||||||||||||||
